Exchange & Refund


We accept returns and refunds upon a few conditions.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days, which means you have 14 days to return your purchase. 
If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving it.
If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase arrives at your mailing address, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also it must be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
When returning us the item, you must obtain a tracking number upon mailing the item back to us so that we can track the item. This cost is incurred by you.
If you request to return the item(s) to us, please do so within 3 working days after we contact you to confirm the return. If there is no action from you within 3 working days, we have the right to reject the refund.
And once the item has been sent back to us, we expect to receive it within 7 working days. if we do not receive it by then, then the refund is not valid. 
There are certainement situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 working days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Also we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. 
Refunds will only include the selling price of your item at time of purchase. It does not include
shipping cost.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us first at dressoirfashion@gmail.com so that we can advise you on the mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (with tracking number) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
When shipping a return item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items sent back that are lost in transit will not be valid for a refund or exchange. 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your banking / paypal account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is processing or at some time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dressoirfashion@gmail.com
You have to show us photo evidence of the failure / damage in your email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take some time for exchanged product to reach you,
